Agreement

By using the AgenticWebOps website and the Agentic Readiness Scanner, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

AgenticWebOps provides automated website analysis: readiness scores, checks, and recommendations covering SEO, structured data, AI-crawler access, performance, and related signals. Reports are generated from publicly available data at the time of the scan.

Reports are informational. They are produced by automated checks, and while we work hard to keep them accurate and honest, including explicitly marking anything we couldn't verify, we can't guarantee that every finding is complete or correct for every website, or that implementing recommendations will produce specific rankings, traffic, or AI visibility outcomes.

Acceptable use

Only scan websites you own, manage, or have permission to analyse, or that are publicly accessible and for which an automated, read-only readiness check is reasonable.

You must not use the service to overload or disrupt other websites, attempt to access non-public systems, resell scan results without permission, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Accounts, free scans, and payments

Anyone can run a limited number of free basic scans without an account. Creating a free account includes one full website audit. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Additional full audits can be purchased for US$2 each. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Purchases are one-off, there are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Audit credits are consumed when a full audit runs and are otherwise non-refundable once used.

Intellectual property

The website, scanner, and report formats belong to AgenticWebOps. Your reports are yours to use, share them, act on them, send them to your developer.

Liability

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticWebOps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on report contents.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the 'last updated' date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
